I am trying to find where a William and Alice Smith died, they married in Pyrton in 1783 did they die there or in Great Haseley they were both alive in 1809. With Thanks Alan.

As you would expect, there are a number of possible burials for William Smith - hopefully you'll be able to figure out which is yours from the age at death:

Pyrton (My Burial PRs stop at 1840)

buried Apr 26 1809  age 77
buried Apr 27 1833  age 80 of Clare

Great Haseley

buried Dec 14 1817  age 83
buried Oct 19 1825  age 24
buried Dec 27 1830  age 66

There are no Alice Smith burials in either place after 1809.

Thank You Jill
Sorry late on Reply the only William on that one that could relate to mine  is probably Will Died 1830 Great Haseley.
I wonder what happened to Alice i will have to look through the BMD's to see if she died after 1840.
                           Many Thanks Once Again.
                                        Alan.
