Hello Jo,
Not sure whether you're still monitoring this thread or not.
If you are, I wonder if you might have a peek to see if you can find any Frater (or Fratter) family members who lived in Meadowmill, Tranent. I know at least 2 of the kids died in tragic circumstances in Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, but they may have been buried back in Tranent.
Thank you,
Gordon.

Hi:
I'd be interested in any references to the ROSEBERRY (can be spelt various ways) name in the Athelstaneford/Haddington area - not sure if that comes under your area?
Thank you, Linda

If the look-up offer is still open, please tell me if John Thomas Hay and Christina Anderson are buried at Prestonpans, Cockenzie or Tranent. I believe they may have died during an epidemic of cholera around 1830. Thank you in advance. Barbara

Hello Jo, are you still available for look ups. Have learnt a little more of the ROAN/Roane family since last on site. I know they were also in East Lothian as well as Mid-Lothian. They were Catholic if that is a help. any information you may be able to find would be very appreciated. Thanks Rainy
