Marshall of Ballybay Co. Monaghan 1820

I am trying to locate the family of James Marshall said to be born in Ballybay in 1821 who settled in Manvers Township,. Durham County (in those days) Province of Ontario Canada in 1845. He married Margaret J Little of Clarke Township in 1852
Their first son was named Andrew and they reported on Canadian Census as Wesleyan Methodists . Any help or advice would be appreciated.
