Going by James' date of birth is likely he would have married around 1907 ish. Not finding a marriage for him on Scotland's People between 1900 and 1931 which suggests he didn't marry in Scotland.
Also not finding the births of the two boys but if these happened after 1906 wouldn't be on line at Scotland's People. You can only view births post 1906 at GROS.
there is a possible birth for Stanley in Yorkshire East Riding

Hi Elizabeth,
There's two deaths for a Keith Stark in the Hull area;
Keith Stark (born 1st September 1936) died August 1992 and
Keith Atkinson Stark (born 5th February 1929) died October 1995
Might be worth following these up and finding corresponding birth entries, if born in England? That'll lead you to a marriage for their parents (and births of siblings), if the correct ones.
