Conn to O'Farrell Adoption
« on: Thursday 19 July 07 23:39 UTC (UK) »

Hi i am trying to help my dad track down his family roots, he was born Charles Conn on 18 April 1934 at Nether Blackhall Inverurie and was adopted when he was approx 6 weeks old by Robert Scott and Sophia O'Farrell living in Park Street Aberdeen, after he was adopted the family moved to London and lived in Brixton for many years.  Robert died when my dad was 15 and Sophia died approx 1970 in Lewisham London. My dad also had a sister not sure if she was adopted or what but her name was Isabelle O'Farrell but my dad lost touch with her many years ago.  He has managed to track down his half brothers from his birth mother approx 5 years ago but sadly his birth mother had passed away about 4 years before hand.  If anyone could help me with any information on either of these familys or can tell me where i can look for this information i would be very gratefull, although i have tried many sites without any success. Many thanks Dee
