COOK family of Antony/St Germans

I know this is a long shot considering the ubiquity of the surname Cook, but here goes...

I'm looking for the following family:

William COOK (b.1829, Morval).  He married Ann COWL (b.1833, Antony) on 1 September 1850 in St. Stephens by Saltash.

Together they had 10 children:
Jane Ann (b.1852)
William James (b.1853)
Susan (b.1858)
Eliza (b.1859)
John (b.1861)
Mary Ann (b.1865)
Ellen (b.1867)
Harriet (b.1868)
Samuel (b.1870)
Charlie (b.1871)

I haven't been able to find William COOK or Ann COWL's parents or what happened to any of their children (except for Charlie, who's my great grandfather).

If anyone has any further/additional information, I'd love to hear from you.
