what a lovely array of hats. You will have the date about right as far as I can tell. Hats, such as the one on the far right, stayed in fashion from 1900 to about 1910 but they had been on the wain from 1908 when they reached from the crown to the shoulder line with their brims, after this date, although still being worn, women started to wear hats that had shorter brims and flatter crowns (as can be seen with the other hats in this picture).
