Elaine,
Thankyou so much for your reply. You obviously have a copy of the book. I was hoping someone might and thought it was worth asking on this site.
Stone 143 has a great deal of detail about the family which answers several questions for us.
Thankyou very much.
KateW.

Hi Kate,
I don't have a copy of the book but looked it up in the Local Studies library in Aberdeen...they have most MI books for Aberdeenshire and the city. It was no bother at all especially as it was so important to you I just nipped in before I started work.

Elaine, You actually went in to look it up for me? Do you work in Aberdeen?
That was a very kind thing to do, thankyou.
This is a brilliant website with some very kind, helpful people.
I hope I can help someone in the same way one day.
with very best wishes, KateW
