birth registration districts

Can anyone help, I am trying to locate a birth certificate for Caroline Smith born c1850 either in Deenethorpe or upper/lower Benefield. I have found a couple of likely GRO ref numbers, would the  Registration District be Peterborough or Thrapston in 1850?

Many thanks for any help.
