Greetings from a Newbie.

Ebenezar married Lydia ADAMSON, 27 Nov 1798, Buittle.
      Children: Ebenezar, 1798; Margaret, 1800; Thomas, 1803; David, 1805; Robert, 1807. - most in Palnackie Brae.

Thomas (1803) married Margaret MORRISON, c. 1835, (?Urr)
       Children: John, 1836; James, 1838; Jane, 1840; Samuel, 1842; Thomas, 1845; Harriet, 1847; Robert, 1850; David, 1852; Jessie, 1859.

Thomas (1845) - came out to New Zealand c. 1870 - and there are McTAGGARTs et al here.

Is there anyone that relates to this family?

I'm not sure if they're anything to do with mine but I've been looking for the family of Jean McTaggart (Kells) m. James Wilson circa 1799 for ages  Undecided

I can't help with Jean McTAGGART and James WILSON m. c. 1799

I do have Jane McTAGGART (f. Thomas b. 1803) marrying Andrew WILSON, m. 8 Feb 1867 Dalry, and they had 6 children all born in Kells. Huh

Will be patient for the present.
