1841 census lookup please

I am looking for information on Sophia Odell. In the 1851 census she was in All Saints Hertford aged 62 and widowed. I am interested in finding out who she was with in the 1841 census. I am not sure if her age is correct in the 1851 census. I think she may be the sister of my ancestor and was hoping I would then be able to trace her maiden name as I am having trouble through my ancestor. Any help appreciated.

Hi Lisa,
do you have any idea where she might be? I have looked for her as Sophia/ Sophie/ Odell etc to no avail. I have also looked for Arthur Toft who she is with in 1851 - can't see him or anyone like him!
Any other info?
