1861 - in Wantage, Father Ebenezer (c1815 Goring) - Corn Merchant (not actually there on Census night !) Mother Jane (c1821, Newbury)
1871 - a mystery, couldnt see a death for Jane
1881 - James is a Carpenter with his Widower Father (now a Manure Merchant) in Reading
1891 - boarding In Caversham - still a Carpenter
