Red Gap
« on: Monday 01 September 08 07:45 UTC (UK) »

My ancestors lived at Red Gap in Bawntaaffe. I have never been, but I can see on maps that it is on high ground and has good views. Can anyone please tell me whether there are any old houses at Red Gap or any pictures of it and the area?

Thank you,
Simon

I've seen Redgap (now spelt as one word) on a very good quality google map. Besides houses at close by Bawntaaffe, Redgap appears to be just one farm (or two adjoining farms). Could someone with local knowledge please confirm whether this farm is called Redgap Farm.
