Hi
Go to the National Archives site and look at "Wills" in the Family History box top left of the screen. The info is very helpful and better explained than I could manage. You will also find a link to the Courts Service site so you will be able to download a will application form.

Hi
Presume you mean the link to the Court Service site? It is on the first page about post 1858 wills, at end of section about Probate Search Room ie "Court Service". When you get there click on "Forms" (on right hand side of screen) and choose Form PAIS - "Application for Probate Search".
Glad to be of help
