she is from Brill Bucks

from 1851 and 1871 census  ( in London)

elizabeth charmer age 35
joseph charmer age 25.
alice charmer age 10
william bowden age 6.
living in high street. in the parish of brill,bucks.
all born in county apart from william

had a look on 1851 census for channer and the only one that came up was alice so possibly been mistranscribed with regard to joseph and elizabeth
so i have no idea what relationship alice was to them.
