Hi ...
The following may give you some leads.
There is a Charles WRIGHT born c1821 in Oxford on the 1841/51/61 censuses.
On the 1841 census there is a Martha WRIGHT in the same household - no relationship given, but could be sister?
The 1851 original is extremely hard to read, but the transcription seems to have Charles with wife Martha (born Warwick) and his parents (Charles and Mary).
On the 1861 census Charles is now married to a Mary Ann (aged 24) - second wife? They have a daughter Harriett aged 2 months, born Warwick.
Checking on FreeBMD, there's a possible marriage in 1846 of a Charles WRIGHT and Martha WATKINS at Warwick, and a further possible marriage in 1858 to a Mary Ann NEWMAN (also in Warwick). You would need to order the certificates to confirm these, but both fit well with the above census entries and locations.
There are around two dozen parishes in the city of Oxford. Your best bet would be perhaps, in the first instance, to get the OFHS to check their Oxford City Baptisms Index (1800-1837) for any Charles WRIGHTs c1821 (hopefully one may turn up with parents Charles and Mary!). This can be done through their website at "Search Services" - it costs a couple of pounds.
Hope the above helps.
