Sorry I originally posted in the Cambridge general board earlier so now posting my message here... Embarrassed

Hello, Is there anyone here who has access to the Boyd's Marriage Index?

I am looking for a marriage between JOHN FARNHAM and ANN ?  between 1695 and 1710.  John was son of Thomas FARNHAM and Sarah SIMPSON who married at  Great Shelford Cambridgeshire in 1669.

John Farnham and Ann ? had a son John FARNHAM born 1709 Duxford Cambridgeshire so I assume they married in Cambridgeshire but havent been able to find the marriage on IGI online so hoping there is one on Boyds Index.

Thankyou in advance for any help would be much appreciated.
