It's that time of year again!
Peppard Sanatorium for Tuberculosis near Henley 1920's

I am not having any luck trying to research The Peppard Common hospital near Henley where patients were treated for Tuberculosis.  I know it did exist as I have a group photograph taken in 1926 of my Grandfather and about 40 other patients, Doctors and nurses.

My Grandfather died of TB in 1930.

I would love someone to acknowledge the place existed,

Hi,

I just put Peppard Sanatorium in the google search bar and the first hit was The National Archives site.

it seems it was the  Berkshire & Buckinghamshire Joint Sanatorium 1919-1948 and then Peppard Sanatorium 1948-1955 and then the Peppard Chest Hospital 1955-1969 onwards?

I've just discovered why I couldn't find it.  I always understood it was under Henley juristiction but I now see it was Reading.
