Stimpson Charles Docking + family

I have located one of my ancestors Stimpson Charles Docking b1848 in Mildenhall Suffolk m to Emily Edwards b1849 Abergaveny, Monmouth. They seem to have moved to York pre 1875 and then had 3 children Stimpson E, Herbert and Ernest C.
Does anybody have any info beyond that please.

Sounds like a place near Chichester!!

I have checked 1861 census for Hull and East Yorkshire and No Dockings at all.
