Help me find my dad please!!!

Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone can help me? I am searching for my dad,(*). He was born around 1960 +/- 10 years. He was last known in leicestershire/leicester. He married my mum (*). I dont know alot about him. I have been looking for him for a few years now. I have never met him and i am gona be 22 in couple of weeks.

Please help me
