Hi,

I would be very grateful if someone could help me find a GEORGE DICKINSON born 1860 in Egremont, Cheshire in either the 1861 or 1871 census.

Hi
     He does not seem to be indexed on any of the 1871 census's, tried all family members (father Frances ? hope its the right family from 1881) I do have a copy of the 1861 but it is not name indexed for the area,if you have an address from his birth certificate I would be prepared to have a look.

Peter,

You know i've just looked through my notes and realised that although i found his (to be)wife in 81 census - i had never tracked down my George. In both 91 and 01 census he claimed to be from Egremont and was a railway porter -. Never mind,i 'll find him sooner or later!
