Think I will stop there as I'm probably completely on the wrong track (which I followed Phyllis down .. she seemed like the only likely one on the IGI). I'll have another look around, but in the meantime hopefully someone will be able to assist.
As Hunts is poorly represented on the IGI it is quite possible that Phyllis was from that county and simply doesn't appear on the IGI. Eynesbury is one of the many parishes that hasn't been extracted because the LDS was refused permission to film the parish register.
