I have a Henry Vincent HILL born 1866 Brixton, Lambeth, SURREY so I'm hoping this is a match.

Hi there
In the 1901 Census, I can see a Henry Vincent Hill (age 34, no occupation or birthplace stated) listed as a patient in the Metropolitan Asylum in Caterham, Surrey. He's also described as a 'lunatic'. [RG 13/634 folio 14 page 21]
Not sure if this is your man or if this is what you wanted to hear.
