The full entry from the PR transcript is 21 May 1822 Moses Wool bachelor and Sarah Rowe (signed with x) spinster both otp. Witnesses John Powell, Ann Powell, John Newitt who witnessed most marriages so was presumably an official.
I cannot find a baptism for either of them in Chatteris

Moses Wool (Snr) married Elizabeth Negus 26 Nov 1793 in Doddington. John Newitt was the witness as he was the parish clerk. John Newitt was also Elizabeth's brother's wife's brother. Moses's grand-daughter Emma Boulter married Robert Newitt who was John Newitt's nephew. Regards Alan
