I think they married in Lanark then moved to Rothesay, this could be their children from IGI Family Search

A quick search of Scotland's People shows the following death
Death 1889 MCCOLL JEAN (Maiden Name) DRUMMOND Aged 78 ROTHESAY /BUTE
This would fit with a birth year of 1811.
The cert will have both her parents names on it so is worth investing in some credits at Scotland's People to see.
