chatterbox not loading, any suggestions

Hi to everyone

I'm having trouble accessing the chatterbox again. The first time I had trouble I had to change my firewall settings as it was marked to not allow exceptions. Thinking this may again be my problem I have checked my firewall settings and its only marked as on, which is ok. Having looked through the other technical advice given to those that have had problems, I have deleted my cookies, updated my adbobe and installed the flash player 9.0.47.0 and still the chatterbox wont load. Also I am running on 31.2Kbps and this is normal for me and I havent changed any settings recently.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me, please
