Hiya Maggs

I have been looking for Mary Jane ... she is driving me bonkers .. The surname variations are also driving me crazy  Grin

I have searched for Mary Jane (Emily's sister) in 1891 under the surnames listed for that marriage entry that you posted (Clift and North) ... I also tried her remarrying under those names in case her husband had died in the interim...no luck! Undecided

I have also found these entries for marriages, maybe for Mary Jane b 1776, dau of Emily: (all these different Mary Janes LOL  Roll Eyes)
Mary Jane GILBERT:
Oct q 1896 Penzance to either William GREEN or Richard Rooke HOOPER
Mar q 1898 Penzance to either William Henry Bryant or william James KING

phew !  OMg I will look further
