My wife's grandfather Henry Edgar Knox Wilkins (b 17 Jun 1882 d 21 Jun 1949 in Belfast) was born in Dungannon, Co Tyrone, Ireland to Henry Edgar Knox Wilkins (no details known) and Sarah Jane Wilkins nee Jeffers from Co Carlow, Ireland (b c1851 d 3 Jul 1929 in Belfast).
We have no further details about the great grandparents but my wife can remember her late father talking about an American connection - possibly a brother or sister of her great grandfather.
We were wondering if these slim details might 'connect' with someone else's FT and thus help us get some more Wilkins information?
