Looking for Wm. Spratt family 1847

This is my first post to rootschat!
I am trying to find information on my 3x Great Grandfather, his wife, and their son:

William Spratt b.? (perhaps in the 1820's) d?
married Lucinda Ingram b.? (perhaps in the 1820's) d.?
their son:  Thomas Spratt b. 1847 in Fermanagh

Not having the townland name is going to make it difficult, but I would like to find Wm. and Lucinda's BDM information. 

I can document Thomas' life from 1870 forward, but have nothing between 1847 and 1870.  I would like to find his birth information, as well as when he left Ireland for England.
