Hello Hollie,

I am not expecting an answer to this but I'll ask anyway.

Does the Pigot's index mention a William RUFF, furniture broker, Guildford Street, Surrey.
I have found him after trawling through Kelly's directory but that only lists the above info.

Just an idea but how do I find the exact location of his store since Guildford Street is very large.

Hello

You didn't say what Town in Surrey but with a bit of decetive work i found it was in Chertsey and yes William Ruff is there is Guildford Street, under furniture Brokers.  That is all it says.
