There's only one Elizabeth Wells of the right age in Hunts in 1841, age 15, born in Hunts, female servant, living with the Wood family in Ripton Abbots, which is of no help in trying to identify her parents.
There's no baptism in Gt Gidding in the BVRI, but Little Gidding post 1812 is on neither the BVRI nor the IGI, but a transcription is available on fiche from Hunts FHS. Perhaps someone has it.
It always helps to give more detail, rather than adopting the minimalist approach! Do you know who she married for example? (The marriage cert will include her father's name). An aged parent might be living with her in later censuses.

You'll get fathers' names from the certificate, which you can order online from the GRO, cost £7 - I can then check the Hunts Marriage Index for likely candidates - there was only one marriage in Gt Gidding, of Thomas Wells and Mary Arbour, in 1802, which seems a bit early, but they were living in Gt Gidding in 1841.
