Hoping someone can help!
The person I'm trying to trace is THOMASINA HOWIE b. c1890 in GLASGOW. Her parents were Alexander Bruce Howie and Christina Simpson Brydon. I have her on the 1901 census for Cathcart, Glasgow, with her parents.
The only other clue comes from the registration of her father's death in 1923 which she signed as Thomasina EDWARDS (Daughter) and the following address,
ARDLUI
CRAVEN ROAD
NEWBURY
BERKSHIRE
I think the family may have moved to Essex prior to 1930 as the Index of Wills shows her mother died at WOODFORD, WEST HAM, ESSEX on 29th Aug 1930.
Can anyone tell me anything about this cousin!!
