can anyone identify this victorian photo studio

I have an old photo which looks to be late victorian and am trying to find the studio where it was taken.
The name of the studio is a F.A.Wilkinson ..Huddersfield,Sheffield,Halifax,Birmingham

Does anyone know when this company started in business?
The relative who I think it is a photo of died in 1879 & I would like to know if this studio was in business then.

Hi Adelphi,

       I would post the photo and your question on
the photo restoration section. There are quite a few experts on photo studios etc
who can answer your question.

P.S. I would also alter the topic title to something like " can anyone identify this
   Victorian Photo Studio"  or something like that. This will attract the experts (hopefully!)
