Hi,
Trying to locate descendants of Agnes Mary Ladd nee McMillan. Born 1907 Rothesay Scotland, married Everett Carl Ladd 18th May 1933 and died 1977 Saco, York, Maine.
There is a strong possibility of family connections.

I'm in Maine about 30 miles from Saco. Do you have a copy of her obit that might list surviving family? I could look for one next trip to the library just let me know.

Agnes Mary is also buried in Laurel Hill Cemetery

Hi All,
I watch with interest. The info I have came from LDS submitted by Thomas R Ladd.
I am hoping to trace Agnes back to Scotland and link to her parents and any siblings she had. I have an Agnes McMillan in Rutherglen Scotland who was possibly her mother.

That information on LDS site lists 2 children to Everett and Agnes. Have you not tried contacting the Thomas R. Ladd who submitted the information?

No, just found the listing last night. Only a mail address, so thought I might get quicker results this way.
I only found the info on Agnes.

Genealiza- the link for www.laddfamily.com worked for me. It gives names of both children (son and daughter), obituary for son, etc. Lots of clues there.

Next page- scroll down 3/4 page then click on' Everett Carll' (1907-1992)

Found it thank you. What a shame they haven't gone back to their roots in Scotland yet.
I will keep an eye on their website for future developments. Perhaps I will be able to help them fill some gaps as time passes. Have to wait until next year when Scotlands People should release 1907 births to see if I have the correct Agnes McMillan to link.
Thanks again for your help, a massive site and could have taken days to work my way through it.
