Could someone please confirm parents of Sarah Cook(e) to Solomon Brown married St. Margaret's Leicester in 1865.

I am trying to establish whether Sarah is a sister to Mary Ann Cooke born in Atherstone. Her parents were William and Sarah.

SARAH ANN COOK, 19, Spinster. of SWAN St,
Daughter. of  WILLIAM COOK, LABOURER
Wits: WILLIAM BROWN, SARAH ANN SHERWIN.
