I know from records in a2a that an Edmund Neale born Burbage Wilts, son of Thomas Neale, yeoman was a servant in Stilton hunts at this time (1806ish). In 1809 he seemed to be in the East Kent militia.

As there were no Neals in Stilton at this time other than Edmund there must be a fair chance that the 1806 Edward marriage could be him. Would be worth getting Huntingdon records Office to check the entry in the PR
