MY Great Grandmother's younger sister, Margaret SWALES, was born in Grewelthorpe in 1860.

She married Thomas MOOD in 1884 but died in 1891.

They had five children
Ernest Walter MOOD - moved to USA
Katie MOOD
Herbert William MOOD - killed WWI
Ethel MOOD
Eva Annie MOOD - died 1891

Thomas then married Minna DEIGHTON and had four children.

Thomas Ryder MOOD (stepson)

Percival MOOD - killed WWI
Raymond MOOD - killed WWI
Constance Mary MOOD
Edith MOOD

I keep hoping to find some descendants in the UK in the hope they might have photographs etc.

Are you already in contact with the three other people on GR who seem to have most of those names in their respective trees ?

I am assuming that Martin is you. If it isn't, then there are four other people on GR Grin

I have been in touch with several people through GR but I will check again later tonight in case any new ones have appeared.  At least one was through a son who went to the USA.
