BERNARDI Greater Shows
« on: Wednesday 12 September 07 22:53 UTC (UK) »

I am hoping to find information on BERNARDI GREATER SHOWS which was a circus / carnival that travelled the U.S. and Canada in the 1920's.

It was owned by Felice Bernardi (b.Cardiff, Wales, U.K. 1880 - died Tampa, Florida 1934).

It was sold as the World of Mirth later on.

Felice died in Tampa, Florida, but is buried in the Showmen's Rest section of Woodlawn Cemetery, Illinois.

I have "Googled" Bernardi Greater Shows" and found a few items on it (including a court case), but would like to know more information.

Any help would be much appreciated,

Regards,

Darin.
