Trying to find any information on Annie born in Tullow c1885 the daughter of Patrick and Kathleen Hutton.

IGI lists 3 possible children- Patrick Hutton & Kathleen/Kate Kennedy:
1. Elizabeth Hutton born 1877 Co. Carlow
2. James Hutton born 1879 Co. Dublin
3. Patrick Hutton born 1879 Co. Dublin
If the above details are the correct family they might have moved from Carlow to Dublin c1878. Unfortunately Annie's birth isn't listed but Irish births on IGI only usually go up to about 1882 or so.

Could well be as I had been told that Annie was from Dublin but discovered on her obituary that she was from Tullow. Thanks for looking.

There are exact birthdates for the three children on IGI.
Annie's birth certificate will give exact place of birth.

hi there
I have just taken a look at the 1911 census for ireland which is online, and see that there are quite a number(17) of huttons in living on mill st, tullow in five different properties, but alas no annie.
Though upon further looking there is an annie living in Blackrock in dublin, it doesn't say she is from carlow though, in fact her mum and dad are english, and seem to have a family grocery business. one positive though, she was 28 at the time so she fits into the year criteria. There are twenty other annies around ireland, but none of them really fit your age criteria, and if they do they are either married names or are established to their county of birth and not carlow or dublin.

could well be right, annie hutton is not an uncommon name.
It was only that dublin and tullow were mentioned that i made those suggestions.
