Thomas Staninat/Stannanate - Hurley

I have traced my Stannett family tree back to Wooburn in Bucks and across to Hurley in Berks.  I am trying to find Thomas Staninat/Stannanate c.1640 who was married to Marye.  They had 3 children as far as I am aware Mare Staninat b 1659, Richard Stanninat b 1662 and Elizabeth b 1670, d 1671.  I have looked at the IGI and familyhistoryonline as well as my Bucks and Berks cds from ancestry.com and Phillimore's for Bucks but the Stannetts/Staninats/Stannynots seem to appear from nowhere.  The only other ones are either up North or over in London.

Any help appreciated
