Does anyone know anything of a Kate Vickers wife of James Gregory she would have been born 1860 - 1880, she lived in Wicklow Town around 1900 but don't know if she was born there.

Hi,

If she was born post 1864, you could try finding her on the Birth indexes. These are available at the Dublin GRO or on film at your local history centre.
There may be more information on the marriage record too.

Check the IGI database too. There are 2 catherine Vickers born 1871 and 1865 in Wicklow.

James Gregory son-in-law, Roman Catholic, could not read or write, age 23 yrs married, born Wicklow.bc 1878/75
c 1911 Kate Grogory married 11 yrs 3 children born 3 alive
c 1901 b3 Blainroe Lr  61/16 Kate Gregory, age 20 Married b Wicklow
c 1911 b5 Dunbur Lower 64/19 kate Gregory age 32; married 11 yrs 3 children born & 3 living.
