I don't mind in the slightest - thankyou so much - I've just spent ages squinting at the form!
As for the birthplace of William that was a typing mistake and I will amend it straight away!
I'm just wondering whether Thomas married twice or Mary's name might have also been Rachel?
I see there's a possible marriage in 1840 for a Thomas Lowe and Rachel Cottrell .. ..

On the 1851 entry (HO107/2219 Folio 271 Page 31) the daughter, Mary, is actually aged 23 if you look very closely at the original image (although it is transcribed as 13).
I believe that she was Thomas’ second wife
