Hi Danone

Dont know anything about your village, but I think you will find it happens in villages up and down the country. Small village I come from is just the same, all newcomers, all the original village people gone, most of them are now people from the towns, to be honest I think it has killed the villages as we knew it.

regards

Hi Danone

Have to agree with you on most of that, I think I was lucky as the village I come from didnt expand more than a few houses. Its just the people, got to be a toffee nosed lot, no village life. Used to have a dance's in the village hall every Saturday Nite, none of them any more might keep the neighbours awake. Used to have two pubs now only got one, some other person bought the other one and changed into living quarters. Village shop has now gone, post office now gone. as for the buses used to run every half hour, now they have two in the morning and two in the evening.  Used to love going back home but only go there now to tend the graves  of my grandparents

Hi Danone

sounds like a waste of money, dont the locals get a say in it. Thought most villages had council meeting's for thing's such as this Huh. I know the village that I came from hold local council meetings to see how their money is being spent, or if there are any objections to it.

there going to love that, like you say spraying on it. Just seems a total waste of money.
