Pre 1871 FOSTER and COE lookups

Can anyone help with pre 1871 lookups for STEPHEN FOSTER and ELIZA COE.
They were married in 1866 at Witham.
STEPHEN FOSTER was born c1825 at Bradwell.
ELIZA COE was born c1839 at Coggeshall.
Only other info we have on them is that STEPHEN was in the WEST ESSEX MILITIA, and when their first daughter was born in 1867 they were living at Lower Anchor Street, Chelmsford.

I found the following on the 1841 Census for Great Coggeshall

Gravel, Gt Coggeshall HO 107/335/3

Alfred Coe    25     Confectioner
Eliza Coe      25
Alfred Coe      3
Eliza Coe        8 months


Robins Bridge

Mary Coe     65       Huh??              not born in County
Mary Coe     15


Also tho I forgot to note the address

Georgina? Coe   17   apprentice to straw bonnet maker
