Hi
I wonder if some kind person can help me with a request for information on the cemetery memorial Inscriptions for Willoughby On The Wold.
My fathers family SCREATON/SCREETON have lived in the village since 1420, I have a large family tree going back to this date, & would love to find out what graves if any still exist in the church yard.
Unfortunately I live in Oxford which means it is not easy to visit myself.
If anyone lives close enough to visit & could take some pictures or details of the graves I would happily pay any expenses.

Hi Judi,
I believe Jane Swan who frequents the Notts board has a contact in Willoughby. Try a message there or a pm to Jane. Hope I'm not misleading you, but I seem to remember her mentioning it at some point!

What a surprise, Thank you so much for the picture it,s great. Are you related to the Screaton /Screeton family?
I am the daughter of Rex Derek William Screeton, & have quite an extensive tree, If I can be of any help to you I would happily pass on any information on this family, although a lot is available on Ancestry.
