Marriage Location

William Air & Isabella Weatherhead married 17th March 1775

This information was written in the front of a family bible,
I'm trying to find the location of the marriage,
They apparently had several children baptised at Coldstream,
I'm trying to find out for a friend of a friend so hav'nt got any more information at hand,
I've tried searching scotlandspeople & familysearch.org but found nothing,
Any help would be appreciated,     Walter.

Hi Walter,
Could they have had an irregular marriage?
Unfortunately at Coldstream surviving records only seem to cover the dates 1793-97 and surviving Lamberton Toll records are even later.
Not much help I'm afraid.

         By irregular do you mean other than the church of Scotland.If so I think it must of been, I can't find any children born or baptized to that couple either so I don't know where they got that information from.I'll see if my friend can find out but I get the feeling it's a lost cause.   thanks for you're help.   regards,    Walter.
