Looking to contact anyone researching this name in Derbyshire, I'm trying to trace the history of the name and therefore looking for any references to the name I can find. (especially unusual ones that I might not find on line)So if you have Sherwins in your tree or if  you come across any in a corner of some dusty record office please let me know so I can add them to my database.

My maternal great grandfather Henry MORRIS married Julia SHERWIN 3 Apr 1873 in Boulton near Derby England. I have details of Julia's ancestors dating back several generations. They were a large family of primarily tenant farmers living in the Alvaston and Boulton villages by Derby.
