Bit of a longshot but wondered if anyone had access to a copy of this publication or know where I might be able to find one.

On Google Books I discovered that my 3xgreat grandfather is mentioned in there as being appointed an 'assignee' but although it says the book is 'full view' it is only showing me a snippet

It appears the report covers from at least pages 877 to 890 (those are the two pages his name appears).

I'd love to know what the full context of the report is.
