Hello I wonder if anyone has access to trade directories for Carshalton from 1881 onwards please. I am interested in a family of McCarthys who were living and working at o the Greengrocers Shop, High St., Carshalton and how long they were there. In 1881 the greengrocer was a Charles McCarthy aged 44 but the head of the household was a Charles McCarthy aged 70 Farm labourer. Would be very grateful for any help. Thankyou Pat
