Marriage Dalton/Sanders

Can anyone help me find the marriage details of John Dalton to Ann Sanders. John ws born in Overton Cheshire 1839 and Ann was born in Woolton Lancashire appx 1846. All their children were born in Widnes Lancashire. Their first son Samuel was born appx 1868. I have checked BMD for the period between 1864-1868 but no trace.

This quest has been bugging me for ages but now I have found this site I am hoping that someone out there can bring this search to an end.   Cry
